Born in a Thailand refugee camp before immigrating to the United States, she built a successful career through hands-on experience, continuous learning and more than 18 years in plastics part development and mold design. As a project engineer at Hoffer Plastics, Baumgartner is recognized for her technical expertise, leadership and commitment to mentoring others.
