The IndustryWeek Best Plants Awards program encourages manufacturing companies to adopt world-class practices, technologies and improvement strategies, increase customer satisfaction, and offer rewarding work environments for employees. The rigorous application process includes an in-depth questionnaire that gathers in-depth performance data and insights through a mix of essay and multiple-choice questions. Submissions are reviewed by a panel of IndustryWeek editors and outside experts. Hoffer Plastics was one of two North American manufacturers to be recognized as a 2024 award winner alongside HindlePower in Easton, Pennsylvania.
